We don't feel that there's any benefit in billing our clients when we receive their products, it is more cost-effective for them and helps with cashflow, if we bill at the time of consumption i.e. when they've sold the product and either received payment or at least issued an invoice.
Products are received, checked off against the supplied paperwork and the pre-keyed delivery advice, checked for any damage, palletised and wrapped if necessary, entered into the WMS and put away - all for free!
With full visibility provided via the web, these processes are all displayed in real-time and e-mail notifications are sent at each stage so you are fully aware of what's happening to your products and when.
If there appear to be any variations in what we've been told to expect, you are contacted immediately for a resolution otherwise, they become available for immediate sale.
If Quality Control from your manufacturer is an issue - we can take photo's of the recent receipt and e-mail them to a designated contact for them to check first.

Secure Storage - Customised Per Item Per Day Rates
We understand the cost implications of storing your product with a third party logistics provider. We've done it ourselves with some of our products other 3PL providers.
The problem with per-pallet per-week storage is that it can be difficult to boil down storage charges from most 3PL's to a meaningful level of understanding that can easily be attributed back against your sale price.
Most 3PL's simply don't want to take the additional time required to fully understand the intricacies of your business and products. Unfortunately this means they 'force' a "one-size fits all" storage pricing model back onto all their clients at the detriment of the client often causing confusion and cost overruns.
At Invenco Warehouse, we've broken the mould - we are willing to do the work to understand the details of managing your product and will happily provide you with a simple, transparent per-item per-day storage charge for each and every one of your unique products.

Our modern, clean, secure warehouse can store any variation of product type, it's in a gated complex and has a back to base alarm for added security.
We handle any types or size of product but unfortunately are unable to look after any Dangerous goods or products that require Cold Storage or Temperature Controlled environments. We are happy to look for someone to help with your request if you fall within these categories but aren't able to handle them ourselves.

All inventory and order status reports are available online too meaning that you can access your own data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a client of Invenco Warehouse, your secure access to our online WMS is provided to you FREE of charge.
Picking tickets and packing slips that go out with your orders can be branded with your own logo as can all other associated paperwork that may go out to your clients from us.
You can also upload orders in our required CSV format in bulk for greater efficiency and speed.

Customer orders are the life-blood of any small business, it is imperative that they be shipped as fast as possible, in the correct manner to the right place at the right cost.
At Invenco, orders can be entered online directly by the client on a one-by-one basis or can be uploaded in bulk - that makes the entering process much easier saving time and expense.
Packing slips are generated periodically by a system sweep, and then the orders are picked and
brought to the packing area
Orders are picked and packed by separate people thus ensuring the accuracy of the pick, the picker marks the individual products off on the picking slip and then the despatcher checks the products as they are packed into a satchel or carton (or any other packaging type you choose) ready for despatch.
Once packed, orders are shipped via a least cost routing process that ensures that the products are despatched in the most cost efficient manner - we understand that sometimes cost makes way for urgency, we have freight options that get the freight there much faster.
Packing slips and despatch labels can also be customised with your logo so it 'appears' that the products have been sent by you not someone else.

Kitting and Assembly processes are very different to standard picking and packing processes and requires specialised skills to ensure the quality of the end product.
For everything from product assemblies through to small basic information kits or complex show-bags, Invenco Warehouse can provide a kitting and assembly solution to fit you business requirements.
From 1 piece to 10,000 pieces, it doesn't matter how big or small your project is, we are here to help ensure that your needs are met and your product goes out in the most cost efficient method and within the desired budget.
Invenco Warehouse ensures that the project is completed accurately and in accordance with the agreed specifications by sending photographs where necessary (or pre-assembled samples) that can be used to sign off the job prior to commencing work as well as a master sample to reference during the assembly process.
We perform periodic QA checks to ensure that there's no deviation from the master sample and pack any pallets securely to ensure that none of the finished product is damaged in transit.
Once your kitting project has been completed, products can be placed back into stock for distribution on an ad-hoc basis or they can be loaded onto a truck for delivery to a site specified by you.

Regardless of where, when, how fast or how big your required delivery is, Invenco Warehouse has a freight solution that will satisfy the need.
Once we receive your orders, they are picked and packed and then shipped according to when and how you need them to get to their end destination.
Our "Least Cost Routing" method ensures that orders are sent via the most cost effective way, if speed (rather than cost) is the primary driver for the despatch, then we will send it in a way that ensures it gets there on-time.
Local Courier Services
Our Local shipments (Sydney Metro) can be covered in two ways, using a Point-to-Point courier ensuring that the goods are delivered within 4-hours of booking the pick-up - this tends to be more expensive than sending goods overnight, but there's obviously a reason they need to be there in the stated timeframe.
A more cost effective method - if goods only need to be there within 24-hours, would be via the use of Fastway couriers - much cheaper, and products are collected in the morning and delivered that afternoon, or collected that afternoon and delivered the next morning (Sydney Metro only)
Inter / Intra-State Line-Haul
Bulk pallet shipments or simply loose cartons that are not required urgently can be shipped via line-haul - they are generally slower deliveries - although they are usually overnight for main lanes Sydney to Brisbane / Sydney to Melbourne - and are very cost effective.
Shipments out to Regional NSW are managed by a specialised freight partner, these types of deliveries can be more difficult for your main stream carriers so we use a country specialist that usually gets parcels to the customers door by 10 am the next morning.
Overnight Air
For more urgent interstate parcel deliveries, you can choose the overnight air service instead, these shipments should (for cost reasons) be fairly small and weigh less than 5 kg, of course, if cost is not an issue, then larger weights and sizes can be accommodated but be aware that the costs are usually a lot greater.
International
Sea-Freight and Air-Freight deliveries overseas are not a problem for us either, our international air deliveries can be taken via UPS, DHL or FEDEX or the sea-freight by any number of carriers.
Australia Post
Australia Post has the best delivery network in the country, for mail or small to medium parcels they are a perfect method for delivery.
If your goods require a little additional attention, why not use e-Parcel, deliveries are completed with a signature, within 3-5 working days and the cost is comparable to the other methods stated above.
Australia Post is also the main deliverer into PO Boxes, one affiliated air freight company is also authorised to deliver into PO Boxes.
Container Handling
Our Import / Export Service allows you to bring in or ship out your containers with very little headaches , we can arrange to have them stuffed or de-stuffed and co-ordinate with the forwarders and carriers to ensure that the whole process is streamlined. and completely visible.

In today's technology driven world, 'most' logistics providers offer a reporting solution of some sort. However from our experience, many do not offer real-time data or - as often happens they relay details sometimes hours or days after the event.
Invenco Warehouse utilises a state of the art warehouse management system (WMS) that can be manually accessed by you online; or interfaced electronically with your ERP system, shopping cart, or accounting package. The system offers the ability to very quickly and accurately find the exact status of your orders and inventory.
Login access can be granted to specific people within your business, and can be customised to provide varying levels of restricted access to particular users.
At each stage, certain people can be notified via e-mail that a certain transaction has taken place within the warehouse, giving you the visibility and control you need.
The WMS is scaleable and easily adaptable to allow for growth, so, as we help you succeed, we succeed.
For high volume users, orders can also be transferred via EDI directly from your retail customers into our system, or we can offer direct integration into your online shopping cart or your own internal CRM system.
Stock-Takes
Stock-takes can be handled in any number of ways, we can perform regular weekly or monthly cycle counts on a few products either randomly selected or specifically chosen, we can perform the more common annual stocktake where everything is counted (often under the watchful eye of an insurance assessor) or we can count the products as they are delivered.
This means we stocktake both new goods and existing stock prior to putting the newly delivered stock away, so if you have all your stock rotated at least once a year, it ensures that ALL stock items are counted at least once a year (often more) alleviating the need for an annual stocktake where nothing can be shipped out.
